Fanfarlo You Are One of the Few Outsiders Who Really Understands Us

Few modern bands have the ability to display a sensitive side without leaving the listener reaching for the sick bucket. That special talent to be able to conjure up and deliver a spiritual ditty that oozes such emotion in its doleful melody that it could be a recitation of a nursery rhyme and it would still sound as deep as an ocean. Well, I defy you to name anyone who does it better than Fanfarlo and for evidence seek out these two gorgeous ballads. With trumpets so mournful they could be weeping brass tears accompanying lilting vocals and shimmering keys, this pair of lush sonic sizzlers emit more sweet soul than Wigan Casino.
