The Understudies The Understudies will launch their debut album, Let Desire Guide Your Hand, at this show and will be accompanied by A Little Orchestra, who feature on the album. They have been described as "Fragile and robust in equal measure in the grand tradition of British guitar bands like The Smiths, they stand out as unique in London’s indiepop music scene", by God is in the TV zine.
Enderby's Room Enderby's Room are a London-based indie-folk band whose delicate harmonies, unusual instruments and vivid storytelling have been described as 'intricately woven and desperately beautiful' by Folkroom Records. Ian Watson of How Does It Feel To Be Loved? says, "At times they capture the sumptuous melancholia of Low; at others, they're finding new shapes for indie folk". l
A Little Orchestra A Little Orchestra are a London-based indiepop orchestra led by Monster Bobby of The Pipettes. They play a variety of instruments including violin, viola, bassoon, clarinet and flute. Their debut album Clocks has been described “a voyage through a classical pop dream” (Pop Miswig) and "refreshing and engaging listening from start-to-end" (Beat Surrender).
