shuts down soon for a couple of years to work on its extension. Good news is... sarf east landan gets the tube - Ultimately I'll be able to get from home to the Garage in Highbury via 1 line. |

Good news for Hackney 'n' all... I've got no tubes within 20 minutes so it'll be good for Hoxton/Haggerston to open... the latter will be bout 5 minutes from me gaff reckon. |

yeah well... i don't know about all that and i don't know how much i should say here really. for every chancery lane derailment there's a kings cross fire. the whole system's very old and there's a lot of work going on by a lot of different parties to try and keep it running and making it better and safer. the endless contractual interfaces are a bit of a nightmare (can't complain really as this is actually my job) |
