you need to subscribe to the Sounds XP Podcast. You need to copy it (right click and copy link location or copy short cut depending on your browser) and then paste the feed into your podcast software.
v6 - under the Advanced Menu select Subscribe To Podcast. A dialog box opens and you can paste the feed into it. Press OK. i-tunes then downloads the latest podcast.
- On the Subscriptions tab select the add (+) button and paste the feed into the URL field. The subscription is added and on the episode window you will see all the available shows. Highlight the show you want and hit the Check/Download (blue) button.
The process in generally the same in all types of podcast software.
Everytime a new show is added the software will automatically download the latest mp3 which you can play back on your PC or portable player. You can adjust the times the software checks for new episodes but once a week should suffice.
