I fucked up rotten the other week... I work in the Fundraising Department for a mental health charity, and we got this credit card donation for £10 from this kindly pensioner... For some reason yours dickhead truly processed the donation as being for £100 meaning a few weeks later I got a call from this kindly old pensioner saying we'd pretty much rinsed her bank account... Jaysus, she must've been 90-odd, felt like a right twat. |

I sent someone to the wrong destination whilst working as a travel agent doing Trident work experience at school, they were pretty miffed as the firm stood by me and said that the customer was trying to pull a fast one as thats what they had asked for. |

I was working in my uncle's hotel as a 17 year old general dog'sbody for a week. This one day I was asked to go and change the bedding in a bedroom and I went in and found a bag of fudge on the side. Marvellous I thought, someone's left it for me so I scoffed it. Didn't realise theAmerican occupants hadn't actually checked out yet... Had to explain to my very serious uncle that I wasn't actually a tea leaf just a fuckwit.
