James S is a "baffoon" (sic) who has a "less-than-fluent grasp of the english (sic) language"? ![]() "Friends" say they're "the next radiohead"? (Who, pray, were the last 'radiohead'?) Seriously, "twist", is this the best publicity-as-outraged-retort you can muster? |

of course everyone has different opinions, but james s's just seemed so ridiculous, unfounded and downright bitter to me that i couldn't resist responding to them. and if he's allowed to have strong opinions on this new band i like - then equally i am as well. and i don't expect everyone to have perfect grammar - but he just doesn't make any sense. and CAPITALS TAKE TIME, THEY'RE BORING. |

Have just listened to them on their site. See what JS means about the vocal style - "ohgoditsalltoomuchofanefforttoactuallysing" pseudo-Yorkisms sorry twisty but it's for you. EDIT: er in a friendly way, of course... |
