According to their official website, the band will tour new album 'Takk…' in November. Sigur Ros play the following dates: London Brixton Academy (November 9) Edinburgh Corn Exchange (10) Liverpool Philharmonic (13 Birmingham Symphony Hall (14) Haven't seen them for a couple of years so fancy seeing them but I don't think Brixton would suit them really. |

Brixton! I didnt know they were that big. Jeees. I havent got any of their albums but I managed to catch half their show at ATP a few years ago before passing out.... not 'cos they were bad or anything but 'cos of lack of sleep and inebriation. so you'd recommend that () album then? |

If you digged () then I'm sure you'll enjoy thier first album (excuse spelling here) Aegis Beuritum, actually more accessible than (). As for the language thing, they sing in Hopelandish, which is an ancient Icelandic dialect that's spoke by something like only 200 people in the world - so no, it isn't "made up". Now, I'm off to be smug some more elsewhere.....
