Jon Fat Beast, who Londoners among you will remember as the promoter of the Timebox nights at the Bull & Gate in the mid 80s, has died age 51. http://www.independent.co.uk/arts-enter ... 34109.html I didn't like Jon and, to be fair, he didn't like me either. Having said that I take no pleasure in his early death and offer my condolences to his friends and family. Anybody got any memories of Jon they'd like to share? |

He come on stage naked during a band change at a Mighty Lemon Drops/Wild Swans gig (I think) in 1986 (?) turned round and shoved a bottle up his fat arse. Yuk! |
