The fact that it is on the bed doesn't help. It needs to be raised to let air circulate. Your hard drive must be going mental. I would check the disk for errors. Type chkdsk at the run prompt and let it run. |

Charging the battery creates a lot of heat. If you have it plugged in all the time, then you'll get a lot of heat. Check when the battery is full and then turn off the plug! Also, everything bola said. |
