SONIC CATHEDRAL reopens for worship at THE LEGION, 348 Old Street, London EC1 on Thursday July 17. Playing live will be the legendary SONIC BOOM, who will be fronting a full band playing the highs, lows and heavenly blows of his career (ie Spectrum, Spacemen 3 and other songs). In support, celebrating the release of their new AA-side single ‘Like A Suicide’ / ‘The Computer Voice’ on Sonic Cathedral Recordings and playing their first live show of the year are THE EARLY YEARS. Finally, THE FLOWERS OF HELL will be playing tracks from the eagerly anticipated second album ‘Come Hell Or High Water’, due out later this year. About a year ago Sonic Boom was djing in Cardiff. I had an image of him putting the same record on over & over again for an hour. Apparently he was quite good. |
