Yes, but it's a lovely change from the usual wee smell, which always reminds me of Sugar Puffs, for some reason. Isn't that the classic German countryside aroma anyway? Every nation has its smell; Italy has coffee, Scotland has chip fat and Germany has asparagus piss. Or maybe that's just its white wine.

Someone once said that the funny wee smell after asparagus only affects certain people. Apparently their body can't absorbe it while others can. I'm no biologist, more of a bottyist if I'm honest, so can't comment with any authority. Maybe we need a poll to answer the question once and for all before lives are lost in the ensuing debate.

In helping with your poll I will admit. I have eaten quite a bit of cinnamon and never noticed anything different with my pee. However I can never escape the smell coming after a dinner including asparagus. Even if I forget about what I have eaten and go to sleep for the night. It's always a rude reminder in the morning of the indulgences from the night before. I wont say I mind the smell either :oops:
