You just HAVE to see this band while they are over here on tour! Their new album, Friend Opportunity came out at the end of Janurary and is currently setting the world alight! Field Music come from Sunderland from the same stables as Maximo Park and The Futureheads, one third of the band previously played drums in The Futureheads. These guys are master songsmiths with an eclectic collection of 1980's influenced indie pop in their second album 'Tones of Town' which was released on 22/01/07 (the day after Deerhoof's latest album was released). Then come Quack Quack who mesmerize audiences with their tribal drums and morphing bass and keyboard melodies, definitely gonna be good having them through a beast of a PA. And then finally or initailly we have KIT who are bosoms of Deerhoof and sound like effing great noise through a Deerhoof filter.
