Ok, the confession box is open for business... one at a time, you cyber sinners...

So what bad habits do you have that you know you should stop? Perhaps you always nick other people's milk from the fridge at work/home? Maybe you keep using lard even though you know it's WRONG? Or you always show your arse out of the back window of the 24 bus?

I'll start. I keep scratching my excema patches on my scalp and feel satisfied if I have a nice lump of dried skin under my fingernail as a result... And I've somehow convinced myself that only 1 bag of crisps or peanuts a day and 1 biscuit/bar of choco is somehow ok.

- smoking
- drinking lager on the night bus
- picking my nose at work
- buying both plan b and guitar magazine
- sometimes needing to get pissed on sunday nights (rage against the dying of the weekend!)
- having no desire to give insanely competitive people the satisfaction of a fight and therefore appearing defeatist at many games/sports. it's more like anti-competitiveness.
- spending too much time on the net at work
- obsessively trimming my nails
- jumping red lights on my bike
- deliberately skipping the last parragraph of articles in the paper
- sticking fruit stickers on everything
- spending all my money on guitar widgets i don't need
- singing under my breath all the time
- using my flatmates shaving gel, shampoo, shower gel and toothpaste

other than that i'm perfect.

Biting my nails as a substitute for smoking
Twiddling my 'tasche as a subsitute for biting my nails(is that a bad habbit?)
Drinking too much alcohol and coffee.
Eating rubbish like crinkle cut crisps, I really hate myself when I find myself in McDonalds/KFC.
I think my biggest 'bad habbit' is doing absolutely nothing with my life, I know I'm never going to do anything with it either. It's a pretty pointless existence really.

Another one for me. Looking at the keyboard rather than the screen whilst typing - I make mistakes, press send and another pile of illiterate nonsense hits the net...
