Fat Northerner are set to consolidate this reputation with the unique exclusively digital release of a new compilation album, ‘Digital Northerner: Version 1.0’, featuring music from the likes of Northern acts; Earl; Slims; Iron Weed; The Argonauts; Evenhand; Chimes; Blue Avenger; and Rebbeca…The record aims to bring you a taster of Fat Northerner’s equally fat roster of bands.

The release will be celebrated with a launch night at ‘Blowout’ at The Bierkeller, Manchester on Friday 11th March (9pm-2am) with a host of DJs including Clint Boon, Blowout DJs and Iron Weed alongside Fat Northerner bands; Earl, Slims, Rebbeca, and Evenhand. The event will launch the new Fat Northerner website and play host to bands and musicians featured on their forthcoming releases in 2005.
