| Forget all this six-goal Man City nonsense, Norwich City are the bees knees. |

Not just that result - although a great time was had at Anfield - but our entire season so far has been brilliant. Great performances at Stamford Bridge and Old Trafford, great wins against Bolton, Sunderland and Swansea, unlucky with a draw against Stoke and we are 8th.
We are the dogs bollocks. |

And the best part about it is that not one player in our starting line-up had Premiership experience at the start of the season - Anthony Pilkington, who has notched up three goals so far, was playing for Atherton Collieries in 2006 and Grant Holt, who has scored against Chelsea and Liverpool so far, was a tyrefitter ten years ago.

Ah, don't be going too far with the gloating there fella. We absolutely humped you on Saturday and you won't be escaping with too many points undeservedly from away grounds in such fashion this season. Suarez did everything (and I mean everything) but score. He hit the post 3 times for Christ's sake!
But still, absolutely fair play on the result 'n' all, I would never begrudge a newly-promoted team that. It's great to see Norwich doing well again. But be wary, you'll be scrapping around down there come May I reckon, so don't get too carried away.
Ultimately though - it IS fantastic to see all of the newly promoted teams doing so far so good. And all playing great football while they're at it. Here's hoping you all stay up (and if it means nabbing a few points fortunately here and there, I'm all for it) |

Ha! I never understand the argument that a team with the most chances deserves to win. As far as I'm aware, the team that deserves to win is the one that scores the most goals. Yes, you battered us, Suarez was absolutely terrifying, but you had 29 shots on target and scored one of them - not because you can't finish but because our defence is, for the first time in years, near unbeatable. You hit the post three times not because Suarez misjudged the angle but because the ball was brilliantly palmed into the post twice by Ruddy and impossibly deflected the third time by Russel Martin, the Norfolk Cafu. Barnett and Tierney also made some spectacular clearances and that final save by Ruddy is quite possibly one of the finest saves ever made by a Norwich City keeper.
That wasn't an 'underserved' point on Saturday. If a team can keep out 28 genuinely threatening attacks on goal and escape with a point, I think that's deserved. And if we continue playing like we played against one of the best sides in the league, there's not a chance we'll be down there in May - there are at least five teams in the Premiership worse than us at the moment. |

And I reserve the right to gloat.
Our last Premiership side - Green, Drury, Hucks and Ashton aside - was abysmal. This one is amazing. |

But that was my point. Aside from some incredible 'keeping by Ruddy and a few cracking challenges by your defence you were getting merked in every area of the pitch. As I said, I'm not begrudging you a point in the slightest! But, the thing is, you will start to get 4 or 5 shipped in soon enough against clinical opposition because you just can't rely on keeping the wolf from the door to stay in the Premiership.
I think this Norwich team are definitely good enough to stay in the Prem, and I would love to see them do it. However, you've got to play better than on Saturday, I think, in order to do so... By all means enjoy the run, but don't get carried away just yet. 'Tis a long ol' season as you well know |

The last time we were in the Prem we played to defend in every game and were punished by it - our defence was simply not good enough.
The difference this time is that not only is our defence solid but we are creative in midfield and threatening up front. We are great. |

| Stuart Atwell should be demoted after today's performance, no other team should have to put up with a display like that. |

Man's a dinosaur. He probably sits at home watching dubbed versions of Love Thy Neighbour, snuggled up with his golly.
Still he was right about how to improve the women's game...
