I watched parts of this as I don't go out paddy's day - can't stomach the plastic paddies - and why is there this huge celebration for paddy and nothing for George? It's wrong, I tell thee. Anway in between cooking tattie cakes, I laughed as I watched Justin Hawkins storm off stage when he realised that he'd lost out to 4 pretend sky waitresses. These are the moments that I live for.

i thought they were a bit disappointing cavey, good idea but a bit weak in the singing and tunes department. i actually thought the female singer (no idea what her name was) that wogan actually announced as the winner ( the senile old twat), well i thought that as ballads in eurovision go that was quite good.
hawkins strop off as soon as he lost was entertaining though. he clearly thought he was too good for it all - so why do it

God, that's terrible. I never saw that cock up! Maybe he knew exactly what he was doing by shouting out the warbler's name - hoping that Fearne (who's a crap presenter - brown nose, annoying girl chimney sweep of a host) would go 'Oh, ok then'

I was actually taking the piss, Jim, about the winners. It's a god awful song - with all these sexual innuendos masquerading as lyrics - I bet there were loads of parents watching that thinking "Bloody great - i'm gonna have my five year old saying 'Would you like something to suck on for the landing' day in and day out" When you watch the Bucks Fizz entry again you realise that we're never gonna achieve that again. It was brilliant - the song, the delivery, the skirts, the hair - everything.
P.S - if anybody comes across this - TROUBLE AT THE TOP: BUCKS FIZZ: MAKING YOUR MIND UP - please let me know. It's the funniest documentary I've ever seen.

I think I saw that... was that the one where they were arguing over the right to use the name Bucks Fizz... 'cos they'd split in half and they were both using it while they were touring? If so, yes, that was a belter of a documentary, although it was difficult to work out who was a greater twat out of the 2 blokes in the band!
