You can get bootleg copies of "Let It Be" on eBay and it's a great, great movie - not for the music, which is far from the Beatle's best, but if you've ever been in a band where none of you could stand each other (and, come on, we've all been there) then it's a real treat.

Watch in awe as McCartney gets more annoying the more "chummy" he tries to be. Marvel at George Harrison's super-human petulance. You simply won't believe how little Ringo contributes (at one point he drums through a whole song without using his hands). And if you thought the evil girl in "The Ring" was scary, just wait till Yoko turns up - I swear, your living room will suddenly turn cold as ice.

My copy is reasonable quality and came with a hilarious bonus disk featuring (among other things) Yoko screaming "John, John, John" for about five minutes while the Beatles randomly hit their instruments. Yup, it's the bored jam-session from Hell.

I used to have Let It Be on video taken off a Japanese laser disc so the quality was ace (Oh no I'm talking about bootlegs on a website- have I grown a beard?)

The best part is when Paul says something like "C'mon fellas, it's just stage fright you've got" and John looks through him.

According to Mojo "Let It Be" is out on DVD next month.

With any luck (and if Paul continues on his "I was weird too" path) "Carnival Of Light" will finally get a release soon.
