There was a girl in my sisters year called Tammy Pack or Tammy Pax, something like that, a little harsh on the parents part. Plus a Richard Head on the staff of my old uni.

An odd-job man who did some work at my grandmother's house once went by the name of James Riddell. Unfortunately he was a crap plumber.

Also, although not a real name, there's a linoleum fitter in the Dublin area who has named himself Lino Richie. Cracks me up every time I see his van.

Again obviously a made-up name but there used to be an antique dealer round the corner from me when I lived in Lee in South London called Robin B'stard. Not a clever alias under the circumstances you'd have thought...

There used to be a Mrs Greta Green here - and a Virginia Waters. I've worked with a John John too.
