The second Homespun independent music festival takes place in Medway from 23rd to 26th July.

Key acts include The Wolfhounds, Younghusband, Jowe Head and the Demi-Monde, That F**king Tank, The Masonics

Theatre Royal ought to be a bit higher up the bill! Their new album should gain them a bit more coverage I think. I'll be reviewing it shortly in fact, and a very fine record it is too.

Agree Theatre Royal are very good. They are supporting The Wolfhounds on the Friday (25th July) at Homespun. The system is not allowing me to post urls but google "homespun medway" to cure all ills and find tickets :)

Well I'm a million miles away so I won't be attending unfortunately, but I do know a lot of bands on the Medway scene. The Medway Eyes compilations are always good for finding bands. In fact, there's possibly still the audio of an interview I did with Phil Dillon on their website somewhere.

I'll be there for The Masonics and Johnny Moped film.
I can't recommend the film highly enough to anyone who's not seen it yet. I'm looking forward to a 2nd viewing; and you can't go wrong with The Masonics.
