That first choice was brilliant, sward and then I read the rest...

Still it's a democracy... for the time being.

And of course Haydn's trupmet concerto always raises a smile.

I can't believe nobody has mentioned the Beatles' Good Day Sunshine, surely the generic feelgood song.
Everything else everybody as already mentioned I think, but Radiohead's Airbag is a strange one for me.

Anarchy in the same room as anyone is unfeasible. He only exists in cyberspace and even there he's never allowed to slip between a young lady's posts...

Erm, "Doris Dear" is the one we do which rips off "Lenny Valentino", that was my attempt at irony.

I did give young Myles a cdr of a rough mix, which he played at the last BHFF, so perhaps he's being circulating it.

Ho hum, home taping is killing music (but not as much as Carling Lager).

When it was being written i was trying to write a go-betweens song using some john cale chords. and the play out is a straight lift of the guitar solo bits from 'hotel california'...i'd never heard the auteurs before BTW, but i know we both like the work of messers foster and maclennan....still what am i saying?...i haven't a clue - andy's gonna send you a copy of the cdr JA...

It's a great pop record, it reminds me of good times and it's totally havin' it!
I admit though the farm are utter fuckin' shite and I don't encourage anyone to buy their records... :D
In fact, I'll replace that choice with a better tune from the same era...

Step on - Happy Mondays

hey Pablo, don't pussy out of your choice. If Groovy train is a feel good record for you, fuck what anyone else says. Just because it's a tune that makes you happy, doesn't mean you have to be a fan of that group!? Put it back in your list and stick to your guns!

If you're implying that Cavey is a figment of my imagination, no-one could have such a sick mind as that.

Ah anything off Neil Young- After the Goldrush... the warmest album ever made... the sonic equivalent of two wooly jumpers, a scarf, a bobble hat and a duffel coat in the depth of the coldest most lonesome winter. Bliss. (And 'ere what's with Dios covering 'Birds' on their latest album then... identikit or what?)

Other than that I can't really think... I don't do 'feel good'... heh

Don't be silly, everybody knows the soundsxp editors wouldn't invent a bogus poster just to flirt with one of their mates.
