Prost! mein little scheissekopfs. I have consulted my hunnish friends and here is their recommendation: "Berlin, Berlin, Berlin!! It really does meet all three criteria. Prenzlauer Berg (a district in Berlin) has the highest birthrate per square km and there’s loads of stuff for kids to do. And you can get a beer for 2 Euros.
