Thank God for booze to get me through... About 50 countries get to vote so it took an hour to get though them. I mean Monaco and Andorra...? Why not let the Isle of Dogs too?
Great that the Finns actually won.
Be interesting to see whether more countries step away from the usual balalaika / eurodisco / puppy eyes formulas next year. Lithuania also did well with a mad act - bald man breakdancing badly whilst the band sang a tuneless chant about how they were the champions of eurovision. In the old days nul points would have followed but these days the audience votes via their mobile. And the audience is taking the piss too.
