Turns out I can't make the SoundsXP gig tonight, but behold! Be prepared to be amazed as I announce that I am starting a new job next Tuesday in the city (it's alright), not a twenty-two grand one like in the song (but it's alright, it sounds nice, it's alright, in the city, it's alright), but it's a foot in the door and means I will be a proper Londoner again for good and not a tourist, as of May Day. Yay! |
