The ace band I Love You Goodbye are playing The Pleasure Unit - Wednesday 5th - they sound slightly like Depeche Mode and The Chameleons . Well worth your time though. That gig on Saturday, again at the PU, that GIITTV were plugging on here looks pretty decent. Bridge Gang, Luxembourg, Fades... erm... some others. Anyone going to see The Organ at the Garage - 12th ..... or the Insomniacs Ball the following day? oh, and The Tacticians are playing The Purple Turtle on Thursday this week. They have super good tooons, charming lyrics and their front man has charisma to match the likes of Vince Taylor. Their bassist is a bit of a lame arse though. http://www.myspace.com/thetacticians |

i would really fancy the luxembourg/boyfriends pleasure unit gig but i'll be in cornwall i have a ticket for the insomniacs ball but will still be in cornwall, however i am actively considering driving up for it as the best band in the world are playing |

Why yes, yes we are... See our "tour" May 25th- Bath Moles 26th- London Buffalo Bar 27th- TBC 28th- Liverpool Cavern (Twice in the face for the IPO Festival thing) 31st- Chelmsford Bitterscene June 1st- TBC 2nd- Chester Telford's Warehouse 3rd- Canterbury Orange Street Music Club There'll be a tour CD thing too with 1 song off the new LP and 3 others that won't be. |
