Just heard a rumour that he's about to be outed by the News of the Scum, which would explain the depression of late and the talk of giving up the game altogether. I doubt if many Spurs fans will care but jeez poor bloke. |

These rumours have been around for a long time, slightly longer than the articles that have been prominently featured in the press about Sol and his girlfriend, Sol cheating on his girlfriend, etc. His publicists have obviously been working overtime. If he is gay, why not come out about it? Football has always been so homophobic (Robbie Fowler for evidence) that it needs a high profile player to actually stand up and admit it, then help England win the World Cup. The NOTW is scum. If they want to out anyone, why not look at their sister paper and ask the hubbie-beater in charge if she knows of any muscle marys in lavender marriages. |
