On Friday 20th January we kick off 2006 with a fine bill of awesome live acts plus DJ sets from ourselves plus Tom Edwards of Drowned In Sound and Shady Adie (World Domination League). Their first gig of the new year, Apartment return from French support dates with Editors and We Are Scientists. Expect another great set, though we cant guarantee the cross-dressing mayhem they presented on our October date. Fingers crossed though. The Far Cries come at you with an electro tinged dirty disco sound. Like The Kills with a sense of fun. Opening up are the beatpop artrock glory of Remodel and the uplifting sound of Colchester heroes Taylors Lounge. Bands 8 til 11, DJs til 3. Air Guitar Showdown at 1:30am, swing your imaginary axe to win free beer and other prizes!
