Does anyone actually find this man funny?

He's just created the world record for performing a *ahem* "comedy" act before the largest crowd ever...



I mean I quite like Norman Wisdom but I wouldn't pay to see him in a huge venue...

The first time you see a Lee Evans show, he is very funny. I saw him live in Bournemouth and was actually in pain. He has no new routine though, and has always been hit and miss, but doesn't offer anything to those who know what he does. His downfall were the dire slapstick sitcoms he did.

i find him hugely irritating. and he should have been shot for that truly appalling american accent in 'something about mary'.

I think the guy is funnier than most and he seems genuielly nice and quite grounded, perhaps I'm biased as he's a local lad though.

Nope, he doesn't do it for me though his performance in Mousetrap was riveting....
