Absolutely outstanding as usual, despite shoddy turn out. Bumped into Davie Mac who was on the planet lager and danced like a possessed dwarf through the whole set. PGK was on top lunatic form, had to literally carry him back to the tube afterwards...marvellous! Other bands on the night were very good too (second gig in a row that's happened to me now...weird!). Only disappointment was Pretard being pulled (again!) at the last minute. Seems like thier reputation goes before them nowdays and they can't get a gig anywhere without being dropped by promoters at zero hour. Fucking tragedy! We should look to putting them on at a future SXP gig as nobody else will. |
