The Felling district of Gateshead has more pubs than you can shake a stick at (if that's your idea of a good time). Best make sure you're carrying a knife, though, or at least a replica gun. And if you can get in, do visit the Workingmen's Club, if only because it's on Split Crow Road - not many boozers can claim such an esoteric address. |
