I bought the album and I've listened to it a few times but it sounds a bit boring to me. I like Lion RIP but the rest of the album is full of dull PJharvey rip offs. I've also read a few interviews with them and they keep saying people should listen because they're a 'proper band' but what does a 'proper band' mean exactly? I think it just makes them look proper stupid. I dont think I'll be going to see them. |

Saw them at Reading last year and really liked them, have bought the singles up until this one but not yet the album, a trend that happens numerous times with me. I think it will be good, they headlined the astoria last week but apparently sold poorly, the album only went in at number 40 I think, record execs probably pooing housebricks! |

I used to know Leila vaguely. Gorgeous girl, very nice too. Can't say the band does it for me though. |

I rather like them. Going to see them this weekend, they're doing Bud Rising in Dublin, and looking forward. Saw them support Ikara Colt last year and adored them. Ollie is a strangely endearing drummer. ![]() |

I'm glad I'm not the only one - saw them a couple of years back and quite liked 'em and the lead singer clearly has it, but they didn't set the world alight. |
