Not the live recording types but the art of mixing two or more different tracks together, usually putting a familiar dance beat to indie or rock guitar/vocals or rap to a rock track. This is a pretty good site for it: Especially like the Madonna/Pistols effort and the Destiny's/Devo |

Cheeky. I bought that superb Best Bootleg Album Ever when it came out 3 years ago so I've hardly just caught on - I just appreciate that not everyone on this site will be familiar with the idea. |

So you always had a bootleg element to your collection. I met Mark Vidler a few years back. I used to live it a house that had a studio and Chicane recorded a few tracks there. They had some good tracks - sadly my ex took them when we split! |
