Anyone heard the remix of The Ruts "Babylon's Burning"? If so, is it worth buying? |

I've just found a couple of mp3 clips from the single. But I can't really tell the difference from the original. Still I might pick up a copy as it's limited to just 666 copies with each one numbered. Not too keen on the b-side though. ![]() Remixes of this CLASSIC late 70s punk track (originally out in 1979 / 1980??). On side one is a reconstruction by Ruts members Mark Wallis and Dave Ruffy, which updates the original for 2004, while on the flip Rob Smith from Bristol's Smith & Mighty provides an edgy, string-laden beatless version. |
