On Friday night at Brighton Beach club I heard a great cover of The Zombies She's Not There. I asked at the time who is was by but had a bit too much to drink and forgot. 
Anyway, the song is quite similar to the original but it slows right down on the chorus. Does anyone on here have any idea who it's by? |

It's not Santana or the UK Subs. I remember the DJ telling me that the band had hits under a different name. The only one I can see on allmusic that might be the one is the Purple Helmets (aka The Stranglers). |
