I fucking hate the tubes and buses in London - never has there been such a useless, badly organised, stinking, more expensive and unreliable service that has dared to try and call itself Public Transport!
Why is it I can go to relitively 3rd world standard Eastern European countries like Hungary, Slovakia and Poland and they can make their trains:
A. run on time
B. be cheap enough to offer an alternative to using a car and
C. be staffed by helpful staff who know what they're doing
How often do you hear about train crashes in the rest of Europe? Exactly! How difficult is it to drive a frigging train? Let's be honest, the control are forwards, backwards and brakes, and the only rules that you have to obey is don't go through red lights? Jesus - a bloody monkey could do it!
