Was out with Anarchy and Dad Gadget tonight (Anarchy went home early though). Went to a club where DG did a bit of DJ-ing 60s/70s stuff which was good. Tomorrow looking after son (who refuses to go to Stones match - we were at last one v Harrow Borough). we'll no doubt go out on bikes, play footy and end up in Wetherspoons. Sunday, meeting up with mate for Chelsea v City (he has season ticket so.... drinks / he watches match at stadium - I watch in pub / drinks) Prediction 3-0 Chelsea... :( .

Took the kids to a big indoor play centre and let them go mad for 2 hours, then McJunks. Tonight it's a quiet night with Casualty and a box of Lindt chocs with my name on.

Well me and Cock Weasel ended up at the ukulele orchestra of great britain gig where we met up with Minge Puppet, Pol Pot Noodle and her pal "Billy No mates"

As for the Ukulele lot they were not very good but one of the support acts covered the Shop Assistants. I will let Pol Pot Noodle review the gig!

Oh - I was told by a young 20 yr old whipper snapper of a lass that I am too old to appreciate music because it only appeals to youngsters. That's SoundsXP fucked then. She also informed me at Nirvana's height in 91/92 that she sympathised and understood what Cobain was on about. She was 8 at the time! I was too stunned to be abusive

Her name must have been Patricia Rat (with two T's!).

I think 'not very good' was a bit harsh. The venue was too big and you couldn't really hear the ukuleles. Funny place for a venue - nice building, but rubbish, echoey sound.
