tonight my best mate from brum is in london, so we'll be getting horrendously pissed on over-priced cocktails and terrifying the men of south london by behaving like the cackling, randy old harridans we are!

tomorrow - off to see the ukulele orchestra of great britain. can't fucking wait!

sunday - sleeping, eating, scrubbing the u-bend then probably off to the cinema!

Did you get a ticket for the ukulele orchestra?

I'm tempted, apparently they played on XFM last week and are meant to be hilarious.

House-hunting.

Not going to see James Yorkston in Leeds (indolence has won).

Remembering how to drive (As of this afternoon i own a car for the first time in my life - I haven't driven one for nearly 11 years though - so the streets of south-west Sheffield are only for the brave this weekend.)

And work.

Tonight - Mrs. Nanas is working so an evening at home guzzling beer, eating junk food whilst watching decent DVD's that I'm not normally allowed to watch at home cos she doesn't like them (Twin Town, Subway, Le Mans, Full Metal Jacket, Apocalypse Now etc.), or maybe even a fun nights PS2 action for a change - whoo-hoo!

T'mra - Footie! Big game! Scummers verses The Stones - on the juice at lunchtime, go t' game, if we win drink some more, if we lose go home and kick the cat. Must admit, the thought of the ukulele orchestra of great britain has got me interested.....how good/bad could that night out be?

Sunday - Up early working in Elstree....maybe get to make it to play footie if I'm lucky...prob. back to work in the arvo....home and collapse in a heap with cold beer and pizza.

Wow, what a hectic lifestyle I've got! :D

The usual weekend for me. Reading Roget's Thesaurus, supping Chianti and dreaming up countless poncy metaphors.

I am Jilly Goolden.

Los Pacaminos at the Half Moon Putney? Paul Young doing dodgy tex-mex cover versions in a cowboy costume? And you're talking about UKULELES? Come on, surely this can't be missed? :D

"Well it's a one, two, three, foo-er, tek t'elevator
At t'Hotel Yorba I'll be glad to sithee later"

Turned out nice again, mother.

Well that's a funny image to me! :D

If you could pair that up with jamming your jubblies into the toaster at the same time then I think you could just edge it in the humour stakes! :D

Be at the footy game no doubt seeing Bananas, Minge Puppet and Cock Weasel. Think Bovine is going as well. After that who knows?

The only red I wear is the Orient kit! But not much these days. Will get it out when Barry Hearn goes though...........

Someone else wore red at the last game against Harrow Borough. Was it Bovine? Cannot remember!

What pub you gonna be in before the game? See if I can get there and have a pint with ya!

I'm going to a wine bar and then a dodgy club in Sutton that plays 60s and 70s music, (or was it 70s and 80s? I do hope not, it was definitely 70s and something the other side of it), where the clientele is of an 'above average' age and the men outnumber the women 3 to 1. We're meeting up with my neighbour's insurance salesman, (I kid ye not), who apparently looks like Pierce Brosnan, (my neighbour is an alcoholic so I've taken this with a large pinch of salt), and 7 of his friends. :? She was supposed to bring 7 friends too but she's taking, er, me :D Actually, that's a lie, there'll be 3 of us but it's still a below average man to woman ratio all things considered

I have no money so I will be reading the work of St Thomas Aquinas, doing the gardening and watching lesbian porn. If I had money I would be going to see Paul 'get your gun' Young because as dear Nanas has said it is the funniest thing since...

Staying in tonight because I still feel like shit after going to How Does It Feel To Be Loved last night - was a top night though.

Going to a meet-up for the other thread I contribute to tomorrow afternoon and hopefully find something fun to do tomorrow night. Unfortunately the friends I would like to spend it with asked me out tonight but I had to turn them down so it's pretty much guaranteed that it'll be the opposite way round tomorrow.

Must stop talking shite on forums soon and watch The Princess Diaries on DVD that I rented from the library today - yes, I really am feeling that bad today :D
