Can someone explain to me why everyone seem to have it in for this small bald vegan fella? Has he come out with some controversial views in the past or is it just because his music is not particularly groundbreaking?

This is a serious question.

I saw him perform at a radio festival a few years ago and thought he was pretty decent. His music doesn't translate well to record, though. It's boring. I don't hate him, though. And he detests that helium-voiced, homophobic moron Eminem, so he's good for something.

Didn't he go on about cars being evil polluatants and then license his tracks to soundtrack mondeo adverts?

He is a pretty boring git and ripped off electric ladylands cover too, sat amongst the naked ladies

Personally I like the guy and his music. Always have. His techno is better (check out UHF) than his coffee table muzaks of recent years.

I'm partial to small bald vegan men, i can usually spot them a mile off, how did this little pipsqueak manage to escape my clutches?? Now i may have to reevaluate my opinion of him. Not his poor imitation of all things music though, unfortunately!

Doesn't surprise me. That lack of proper food certainly stunted his growth.

Yeah, living on tofu and soy doesn't turn you into a strong, growing boy.

Have you ever looked at his website? He updates his journal about five times a day. Nothing better to do? Oh that's right, he's still living off 'Play', isn't he? '18' was rubbish too. He's a geek, a slaphead, he's annoying and his music is shite.

No mincing words, you little minx, say what you think...

I quite like his music. It's pleasant background noise. Sooner have that than Kasabian anyday.

Well, you did ask... :P

What a choice! Talk about the lesser of two evils...

Same here. Kasabian are Primal Scream without the tunes.

Yes, count me in the 'rather listen to Moby than Kasabian' gang. My mum bought my dad the Kasabian album for Xmas - doubt it's been played yet. It was my fault really - I recommended she bought him Franz Ferdinand and Scissor Sisters and when a woman at her work heard this, she added Kasabian to the list. Now, mother, I think you'll find that I am the only true barometer of taste - not some bird at your work. Tsk :)

So you said the word Scissor Sisters Enid? I thought their name was mud on here? Anyhoo back to Moby - he's harmless and 'In this world' is a beautiful tune.

Of course you're not, chicken. Don't you recall how I used to change colour at the mere mention of his name? All those awful car ads, TV trailers and tedious dinner parties (normally hosted by people whose CD "collection" amounted to Play, O, No Angel, and, er, White Ladder) come rushing back.

Nah he's a knobhead! A small baldy knobhead, what more could a girl ask for?
