I know there's a few that frequent here.

Good news - Mark Schwarzer has signed a 3 year contract today.

Bit suprising, but great news.

Is it just coincidence that he played like a donkey at the weekend?

Have you heard that David James has just signed up to play the new James Bond?

The best 'deal' we were looking at getting was a straight swap with Man U for Roy Carroll.

I'd say we've done alright.

Schwarzer is definitely one of the best in the Premiership with Niemi, van der Saar, Robinson and Kirkland (when he's fit).

My favourite goalie of all time is Massimo Taibi - that bloke who played about 3 games for Man U and made about 27 howlers. Give that man an award.
Mind you Jerzy Dudek and David James are trying quite hard to get his title.

David James is sadly underrated. He's dropped the odd howler but he probably kept us up last season. His concentration can be suspect but there's no better shot stopper in the Premiership (this is also indicated by the OPTA ratings for shots on goal saved... he's top). I'd include Cech AND Cudicini in that list of top keepers.

..not to mention the might of Mark Crossley - anly being kept out of the Fulham side by excellence of van der Saar

I'm only half joking.

and so's Shay Given, which is why Kiely is unlucky not to be a regular international. Ugly munter though, think he must have collided with Steve Bruce at some stage.

Searching for a picture of our Norm to illustrate my previous response - on the grounds that he's no oil painting himself i stumbled across the following: http://www.phillips8791.fsnet.co.uk/hoffootball.html no idea of the context, but how any persuaded Robert Earnshaw to stand there holding a portrait that makes him look like a cross between Mikael Gorbachev and the Mekon. And Norm looks more like Don Corleone in his - now he's never shirked on the pies but he's no Brando either.

Guy in middle of top row is holding a pic of David Blunkett. Maybe he admires Our Dave("He Don't Shoot Blanks")'s way with the ladies....

Best goalie of all time has to be Peter Shilton - for hair alone...

Get in there - I've bothered to register.

Come on Exeter.

We'd beat Man U anyway - let's make it interesting.

What the f*** happened to Boro yesterday? :?
4-2 up in the last minute then drawing 4-4.
Bernie Slaven was so pissed off that he stormed off while doing the commentary for Century Radio.

it wasn't very good was it?

Steve Mac was pretty angry. Haven't seen the goals yet. Not sure I want to. I bet we miss out on Champions League by 2 points. :(
