Ooh goody we continue to debate the beauty of the Franz lads into 2005 - the clothes do not maketh the band, the minds do that - and these boys have the kind of minds I want ticking in the musical world - plus the Nazis stole and corrupted the symbols associated with them - perhaps the Franz boys were stealing them back and making them their own? - perhaps all their other clothes were in the wash  Who cares. somebody said the other day they hated them because they were too polished! 'Fuck me' reply the Franz lads - 'sorry for being perfect'. Let's give these lads a chance - it's early days for them still - there's a musical world to conquer and these lads are doing a fine job with their invasion..ahem...and if all else fails Alex would make a lovely mannequin..

Their album was breathtaking and it will continue to visit my cd player this year.

You're right of course Cavey (for a change!...). I was at the same early gig as Bola and TT where they worse the dubious gear and I have to say it put me off them a tad too. However the main problem for some of us clearly is that two top singles aside (Take Me Out and Matinee) their sound quickly grates. Anyway the Libs romped off with most of the awards on here 2 years ago and judging by the opinions given they also divide opinions. You can't please all the people...

Fuck me! Juice boy admits i'm right for once - can I have that in writing...oh right, yes I already have, twice. Super fantastique!

Okay, Westie, just for you, I went and borrowed the Arcade Fire EP from a mate at a local shop to "review". Doesn't do much for me after two listens. Not awful, but nothing I'd be running down the road shouting about either.

So, there you have it. In short, no idea what all the music punters are up about here :)

Strong work Bob... strong work. Yeah I'm not buying the fuss either, ho hum...
