The Dears lead off single off the album I loved, Kaiser Chiefs I Predict A Riot prob gets my vote I really like this track. Notable mentions to The Earlies and The Radio Dept. too.

Was a bit of a let down compared to original Pirate material.

Best remix of the year was Futureheads remixing "Fit But You Know It" - class.

it's been a really good year with Morrisey, Franz Ferdinand, U2 but I really enjoyed Telling Stories by The Argonauts and The Underground by The Dawn Parade. What do you think of my choices?

Welcome Kane. Good singles by Moz and FF... U2 was best they've done for years but still merely ok... As for the Argonauts and Dawn Parade not heard owt by them yet.
