Just a reminder that 'Tom Hark' is now out on general release. I picked up my copy in Virgin yesterday and mighty fine it is too (in a slightly novelty way of course). I particularly like the anti-'Chrystal' Palace amusement of 'Roll Up For The Donkey Derby'. Just a shame they made it one track too long to be eligible for ther charts by including two versions of 'Sussex By The Sea' :x

I got my single today. It's ok for a football single and I'll probably play it more than the Kilmarnock cup song that somehow got into my record collection.

I did send Attila an email the other month to warn him that it wouldn't be eligible for the charts. He said he had been getting tips on how to have a hit off his mate John Otway. They can't of had the 3 song rule when he was last in the charts.

Looks like the charts no longer have the 3 song rule, as the Seagulls Ska single has made No.17 in the BBC Top 40

I've been arguing about this for the past week from a point of ignorance so i just researched it. The new rule is as follows:

> Current maximum of three tracks will in addition be able to feature remixes of those tracks so long as they remain within the currently-acknowledged time limit of 20 minutes

from: http://www.bpi.co.uk/news/press/news_co ... _663.shtml

So now I know.
