Ziggy Stardust. Obvious choice, but I love it. It's the first Bowie album I ever heard and it's the one I play the most. Not one dud on it. Aladdin Sane and Hunky Dory come in at a close second and third. He did these 3 albums back-to-back(not in the order I listed, mind you) - they're his great trilogy. Low is highly overrated. The first half is really good, but then it loses it during the second and gets amazingly dull. The other two albums he did with Eno, Heroes and Lodger, are much better. |

Station to station for me....inspired album leading to inspired first couple of albums from the screeching skylark Billy Mackenzie. Great album, nice and dark. |
