Insomnia cripples the fuck out of me occasionally... it's horrific. None of that ad-friendly bollocks like Nytol works so best thing is to go to your doctor to get summat stronger like Zopiclone which does the job for me. It makes your stomach a bit off the next day but it's worlds better than going to work on approximately 0 hours sleep. I mean your doctor will grill you in the way a counsellor would for 10 minutes ("Hmm, so why do you think you can't sleep...?) but field the questions and you may get some industrial strength sedatives out of it. Actually Nytol does normally work for me, I just forgot to take some last night. Shame I'm not still a student when of course I slept during the day and got up just in time for Countdown... |
