Similar, yeah, but that actually IS the 'Rape Me' riff, trust me.

Don't get me wrong though, I like it!

So yea, I'm Jason. I made that song and you're right. It's the same chord progression as Rape Me. What happened was, I wrote and recorded the song, liked it, put it on a 7" then went to play it again and messed up the strum pattern and realized it was Rape Me played wrong. So, sssshhhhh let's not tell anyone. ;) haha
But thanks for checking it out anyway. I'm very pleased you liked it.

Pretty sure it is real. Been emailing a Jason about my order for the 7" this past week!

Also, is it 'incredible'...?

Nice to have you here, Jason. And no shame in Nirvana worming their way into the subconscious of your riffage. You made a rad song from it!

Thank you. Yes I am real, or as real as anyone else. I glad you guys all dig the song. If you want more not only can you get that 7" or the comp my label put out last year but we give away free music every three months over at http://meltingtheweb.weebly.com/index.html
Dig.

Casimer & Casimer

It's Casimer Pascal from PAS/CAL and his nephew. There's a track to stream or download for free here.

Sadly nothing to do with the Jim Thirwell/Roli Mossiman outfit of the same name.

I'm surprised they're not getting more press.
