I'm bigging up Prince today as i've read all about his forthcoming tour and he's thinking about the paupers in life like me - charging under £32* for his tickets and giving a free album away with it. I salute you Sexy Sir. Go away cynics who say that he's doing it because his tour is called 3121 (which makes it £31.21p - kerching!) thus making it a publicity stunt....er, yes that is why in some ways but he could've moved the decimal point and made it £312 and 1p) *Rolling Stones take note - so you charge £100 pounds now when you're rolling in it and you did free gigs when you were skint? You stupid bints. |

i wish i could've seen Prince live in the mid 80's. in fact, i'm gonna start a thread on a related note. be interesting to see how his falsetto has held up. his voice was rare when he was in his 20's and 30's but to still be able to do it now would be astonishing. |
