While we're on the theme of bad advertising... here's one of my own 
Why not treat your ears to a sonic attack from ? We have 2 gigs this month, the first is on Saturday 17th July at the in Birmingham. The second is on Thursday 22nd July at the Retro Car, Manchester. We've been described as Neu! meets My bloody Valentine. So, come on you London folk, come to see us in Birmingham, it'll be worth it! |

Thanks Spaceman, but I've only had bad experiences up in Birmingham involving a busy train station, a public toilet, a strange Brummie pervert in the cubicle next to me and a penis-sized hole in the cubicle wall. I wish I had my lighter on me at the time... |

Spacey, you could try PM-ing Bananas or Minge Puppet as both are in London bands and will have played a fair few dates, no doubt including those 2 venues. I suspect you may have to pay to play but get a share of takings based on who turns up specificially to see your band - you'd usually be on a bill with 2 or 3 others. |
