hey westie. how's things?
no worries chap. the gig on friday was fucking insano. can't remember ever enjoying a gig so much actually. *shakes head* seriously. not a bad thing to say about it. great fun.
the main problem today though is that it was my besty mate's thirtieth last night. we organised a little souper groop type gig in his honour and did a couple of sets at the embassy on essex road. half of it was for him and half of it was by him in a kind of punk-rock karaoke stylee. we had him singing "let's get it on" and "monkey wrench" with full backing band and finished the night with his worryingly word perfect rendition of "ice ice baby".
yep. we're too cool.
he seemed pretty fukken chuffed with our efforts, the knowledge of which which is definitley taking the edge off the stella induced pain in my head.
