Come Out 2nite! returns this Friday (23rd) at Camden Bar Monsta. Due to a change in management we're doing the live side of things only for the next two months and then running full nights again from April on the last Saturday. WHO'S PLAYING? 586 Gertrudes Storm Adventures of Loki Want Take Have WHY SHOULD I CARE? After selling out their NME featured debut single "We Got Bored" 586 are now promoting their well received follow-up "Money Is The Drug". Their energetic and eclectic indiepop sound has drawn comparisons with everyone from The B52s to Devo. Excellent headliners for our party night! Gertrudes Storm also bring some electro indie to Camden having seen their profile shoot up after the success of their debut 7" release. Adventures of Loki are also on the promo trail with their debut CD "Feminine Side" out next week. Lancaster's most powerful post-riot grrl rock band will be bringing the requisite ball breaking noise. Opening are Want Take Have, fresh from headline sets in lesser London venues this show showcases the debut of their new singer. Indiepunkpop for the masses from 8pm. WHERE? Bar Monsta, 18 Kentish Town Road. Turn left out of Camden tube and you should be able to see the sign. FROM WHEN? 7.30 - 10.30 with Want Take Have opening at 8. HOW MUCH? £5 |
