Any other sufferers out there? Mine's just kicked in so the first tree blossom of the year must be appearing. I've just dosed up on Opticrom so hopefully should be ok. |

I used to have it really bad .. Was one of the reasons I moved to Brighton as the sea air really helps ... Curiously, though, i've been back in London for a good three years and its never returned ... |

shit..that's early. For the first time last year I did the local honey thing and it worked. Got some from Brockwell Park. You need to get it as local as possible. There's a beekeeper in catford but there might be one closer - just google it. |

I used to get in bad as a kid. Two months minimum. I now just seem to get it for a three week period in late May/early June. |
