i've started wearing earplugs to play and for bigger gigs lately but i often forget. after a stupidly loud taccies gig at the old blue recently i was seriously debilitatingly deaf for about three days. worrysome.
my mum is an audiologist and gives me hell about it. i know i've permanently damaged my hearing because i used to be able to hear the few seconds of high pitched noise at the end of sergeant pepper put there "to annoy your dog" and i no longer can.
